Anne started working as a theatre and anaesthetic nurse before becoming a Sleep Nurse setting patients up on CPAP therapy.
In 2008 she joined the Oxford RespiratoryTrials Unit (ORTU) as a Research Nurse, working on the COPD Registry and Cohort studies and the Iron in COPD study.
In 2017 she went on to work with the Nuffield Dept of Medicine – University of Oxford where she ran the Novel START Asthma study whilst supporting the research team with various other Asthma studies. This was also a Clinical Nurse Specialist role, helping to run the Severe Asthma clinic within the Airways team.
In 2018 after relocating to Exeter she began as a Bank Research Nurse working at the RD&E in Division 6 running a variety of studies in ILD, Gastro and surgery.
As of April 2019 she has been working within the Clinical Research Facility (CRF) as a Research Nurse working on ILD, Alpha 1 Antitrypsin COPD, and CF studies.
