Overview
Anna currently works part-time as a Lecturer Practitioner and continues to work as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within Devon Partnership NHS Trust (IAPT); delivering low intensity psychological Interventions to people with mood disorders. This continued clincial practice supplements her teaching on mental health and communication at The Academy of Nursing.
Anna is a Stage 4 Co-ordinator and is the Academy's Lead for Student Experience; woking in parternship with students to facilitate a fulfilling and rewarding journey for each of its' students.
Anna has a varied background of working within both physical and mental NHS healthcare services; having experience of working in neuro-rehabilitation, psychosis, and learning disabilities services. Anna’s main interests lie at the intersection of physical and mental wellbeing and in promoting a model of integrated healthcare.
