SPHERE colleagues have their say on EDI

Two members of SPHERE - Prof Antoinetta Medina-Lara and Dr Rachel Proctor - have joined SPHR’s EDI Committee as Exeter Reps. In the next quarterly meeting, the Committee will discuss the future direction for the EDI Small Awards e.g. whether to call for projects around a specific area of EDI such as developing training.

Also this term, SPHR will begin consulting its community on EDI issues with a survey - the findings of which will be key for SPHR in terms of disseminating the impact of the strategy and indicating next steps for EDI provision.
