Luke Reynolds is a PhD researcher within the Public Health and Sports Sciences department at the University of Exeter. His PhD research is investigating the effectiveness of ischaemic preconditioning (IPC) for exercise performance and is supervised by Dr Bert Bond and Professor Andrew Jones.
He also completed his BSc at the University of Exeter, achieving a 1st Class Exercise and Sports Science degree with Honours and recieved Dean's and Faculty Commendations for exceptional academic performance during his degree.
Luke has particular interests in exercise physiology and elite athlete performance. He enjoys a research environment and being on the forefront of science. He is passionate about developing methods to enhance human performance capabilities.
