I am a mixed methods researcher working across child and adult health and social care, with experience of working in academia and practice-focused research charities for over 15 years.
My key interests include:
- evaluating prevention and early interventions to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and families
- engaging with members of the public to inform, develop and deliver research projects with a practice focus
- knowledge mobilisation and implementation
- working with professionals to build research capacity and translate research into practice.
Current projects
- NIHR Pre-Doctoral Fellowship - investigating how community-based parenting interventions can improve the health and wellbeing of parents and young children.
- Support for Parent Carers in England - investigtaing the impact of the wider system on the mental health of parent carers.
