About me:
I am a second year PhD student in Children’s Health & Exercise Research Centre (CHERC). My research topic focuses on Effect of strength training intervention on adolescents with congenital heart disease. We hope to develop a safe and effective strength training guideline to help adolescents with congenital heart disease recover better and have better physical condition.
I worked as a rehabilitation coach for the Chinese Modern pentathlon national team from 2019 to 2020. This experience really got me interested in strength training.
I worked as a sports massager from 2021 to 2022. This experience brought me into contact with mass sports enthusiasts affected by sports injuries and fatigue, which further enriched my practical experience.
