Dr Jemma Perks is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Medical Statistics for Health Technology Assessment at the University of Exeter Peninsula Technology Assessment Group (PenTAG). PenTAG is one of 11 research units in the UK providing expert advice on the clinical- and cost-effectiveness of new drugs and medical devices to the National Institute of Health and Care Research (NICE) Technology Appraisal committees. PenTAG also supports the work of NICE's Medical Technologies Evaluation Programme and the Singapore Ministry of Health.
Dr Jemma Perks' is also a member of the Vascular Research Group at the University of Exeter, on account of her expertise in the treatment of Peripheral Artery Disease, following her Ph.D in this area, and associated post-doctoral roles in cardiovascular health.
