Frank is a Research Fellow in Health Economics and Health Policy, working with the Peninsula Technology Assessment Group (PenTAG), one of 11 research units in the UK providing expert advice on the clinical and cost-effectiveness of new drugs to the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
Frank joined PenTAG / Exeter University in November 2024 following 5 years in economic consultancy where he worked most recently as a managing consultant for a healthcare research consultancy (Aquarius Population Health). He has experience working in the public, private and charitable sectors. He has lead research projects evaluating medical technologies, medicines and services.
Frank's main research interests are health economics research and economic evaluation within social policy, including crimincal justice policy.
