I am the Assistant Lab Manager for Biomechanics within the Sport and Health Sciences department on St Luke's Campus. I support both teaching and research across our laboratories, with a particular focus on biomechanics. My support includes data collection, equipment training, dissertation support and developing scripts to make data analysis and the delivery of teaching more efficient.
I frequently collect Motion Capture (Vicon, Qualisys, Codamotion), IMU (BlueTrident), EMG (Delsys Wired and Wireless Sensors, MotionLab Systems), Force (AMTI, Motek: M-Gait Instrumented Treadmill, PASCO) and Pressure (Gait and Motion Materialise Plate, Novel Insoles) data.
I am proficient using Vicon Nexus, Qualisys QTM, Delsys Trigno Discover, Spike8, AMTI NetForce, Motek D-Flow, Pasco Capstone, Footscan, PedarX, Visual 3D, OpenSim and MATLAB softwares to analyse these data.
