Overview
Sarah completed her PhD, exploring self-harm disclosure and attitudes using mixed methods, in 2022 at the University of Warwick. She is now working on a project which aims to support schools and youth organisations to develop and deliver self-harm and suicide prevention and postvention.

Research
Research interests
Sarah’s current research interests focus on self-harm, mental health and well-being. Sarah has a particular interest in the role of social support in well-being and mental illness management. In the past, she has also been involved with projects investigating psychopathy, anxiety, and approach/avoidance behaviours.
