Overview

Patrick is an Associate Lecturer in the Academy of Nursing. He joined the university in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 as a Digital Learning Developer, having graduated with a BSc in Medical Sciences. In this role, he worked very closely with the Nursing team to ensure that a high standard of online education was provided for students throughout the pandemic restrictions and going forward.

In January 2022, he transitioned into a more academic role with the Nursing Team, drawing on his experience with online and blended approaches to learning as well as his knowledge of Medical Sciences.

He is now a Stage Co-Ordinator for Stage 1 of the MSci Nursing programme as well as Digital Lead and Lead for Student Experience for the Academy of Nursing.
