Overview
Robyn is a registered diagnostic radiographer with the Health and Care Professions Council. In 2017, she graduated from Birmingham City University with a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Radiography with Honours.
She developed an interest in supporting students and dementia care during her clinical work as a radiographer at Yeovil District Hospital and became the Radiology Dementia Champion.
Since October 2021, Robyn has been employed as an Associate Lecturer in the University of Exeter's Medical Imaging Team, and she has begun part-time pursuit of a PhD. Her PhD is exploring person-centred care and practices in Medical Imaging for people living with dementia, their caregivers and Medical Imaging Professionals. She was additionally employed as a graduate research assistant, in early 2022, as part of an IBEX Study determining bone mineral density via x-ray forearm imaging.
