I received my bachelor degree in cellular and molecular biology from Shiraz University in Iran. High quality education is always very important to me, this is why I have come to the UK to continue my studies in the field of my interest which is Neurosciences and Neuroendocrinology. I am so interested in understanding the interneuron connections and signalling pathways in brain and the mechanisms underlying that.
Currently, I am working on the electrical activities of pituitary cells, particularly the electrical properties of Non-selective channels and finding the link between the electrical signals coming from brain (HPA axis) and the secretion of the hormones from pituitary.
Human suffering is very important for me and my main goal is helping people to have a beautiful productive life.
In my free time, I enjoy playing sports, painting, outdoor activities (photography) and travelling.
