Louisa studied Psychology at Cardiff University, and has worked at the Clinical Research Facility since 2008, before its official launch in 2009. Louisa’s role includes managing the diary of Josephine Studham, Clinical Research Facility Manager, administering the national Genetics in Diabetes education project run by Prof Maggie Shepherd, and being the Patient & Public Involvement (PPI) admin lead for the Facility. She also has responsibility for annual reporting to the NIHR, and keeping the CRF research project portfolio up to date.
Since working here, Louisa has trained and qualified as a Counsellor, volunteering at various charities including Sure Start Children Centres and Victim Support.
