Overview
Kate is a research administrator for the PROTECT Study. This cohort study aims to understand how the functioning of the brain changes as we age. In particular, the study looks at how lifestyle factors (such as exercise or education) affect the way our brain ages. This provides valuable information about the brain and could inform future research to prevent conditions such as dementia. The study is being led by the research team at the University of Exeter and King's College London.
