About me:
I am a first year PhD student in Children’s Health & Exercise Research Centre (CHERC). My research topic focuses on improving school-aged children’s physical fitness through High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We hope to develop a suitable and applicable way of HIIT that can be used in school setting, especially in PE classes.

- Master of Social Sciences in Sports Coaching and Management (Distinction) – The Education University of Hong Kong
- Master of Sciences in Sports Training – Chongqing University, China
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry – Neijiang Normal University, China

Previous work experience
I worked as a secondary school PE teacher in Chongqing, from 2014 to 2020, before I went to study in Hong Kong. It is a precious and memorable period for me during which I spent the most important 6 years of my life.
