Dr Sean Flynn
Lecturer
Clinical and Biomedical Sciences
I am a Lecturer in Data Science & Genomics at the Department of Clinical and Biomedical Sciences.
I trained in C. elegans neurogenetics with Mario de Bono at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, before studying 3D genome structure as a postdoc with Shankar Balasubramanian at the CRUK Cambridge Institute.
Resaresearch in our group focuses on regulation of neural gene expression by enhancers, with a particular interest in non-coding genetic variants. For more information visit our website.
