Dr Sean Flynn

Sean is a Lecturer in Data Science & Genomics (E&R) at the Department of Clinical and Biomedical Sciences. He trained in C. elegans neurogenetics with Mario de Bono at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, before studying the function of alternative DNA secondary structure for his postdoc with Shankar Balasubramanian at the CRUK Cambridge Institute. His research focuses on regulation of neurodevelopmental gene expression by enhancers.
