About me:
Becky is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Research Collaboration (ChYMe) and currently works on multiple Science of ADHD & Neurodevelopment (SAND) projects. Becky’s primary role is with Dr Anna Price (Senior Research Fellow) on the Managing young people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in primary care (MAP) study. Becky is working on a qualitative stream of the project, and a systematic review of current digital information resources available for young people with ADHD. She also works with Dr Tamsin Newlove-Delgado on the CHANGES project and on an engagement project with Dr Abby Russell, called IN-hub: INclusive education support HUB.
Becky has recently graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc Honours degree in Medical Sciences (Health Research). During her course she undertook a Professional Training Year with Dr Abby Russell, primarily working on the Tools for Schools project. Becky also undertook a qualitative research project on the experiences of parent-carers using a support network.
Becky has also previously worked as an intern at the MetOffice, in collaboration with the University of Exeter and Public Health England, to produce a short video about data linkage for public health researchers.
