I am a PhD candidate at the University of Exeter, working in collaboration with Paris-Saclay University. My research focuses on improving vascular health and exercise tolerance in individuals at risk of cardiovascular diseases. I explore the use of ischemic preconditioning (IPC) as a non-drug, low-cost method to enhance blood vessel function and reduce cardiovascular risk. With a strong background in health sciences and data-driven research, I aim to develop practical interventions that can be applied in clinical settings to improve outcomes for at-risk populations.
