Phaedra Leveridge completed her BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences at the University of Exeter in 2021. She is currently completing her PhD investigating Freezing of Gait during turning in Parkinson's Disease, under the supervision of Dr Will Young, Dr Genevieve Williams and Dr Yuri Russo. Her research focuses on intersegmental coordination to understand movement patterns associated with freezing of gait.
Phaedra is also involved in the Knee4Life project, part of the Biomedical Research Centre (BRC), which uses digital health tools to monitor and improve recovery after total knee replacement surgery.
Phaedra’s research interests lie in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and digital health, with a focus on applying innovative methodologies to address clinical challenges.
