Dr Jon Locke

Dr Jon Locke is a Lecturer in Medical Sciences and a Research Fellow in the Genetic Risk Scores for Autoimmune Diseases team. He has extensive experience in various molecular genetics techniques, particularly qPCR, and has used this to develop methods and approaches to study genetic variation and gene expression. His publications showcase his expertise in diabetes genetics and genomics, and he has used this knowledge base to attain education roles teaching fundamentals of medical genetics and genomics.
