Charlotte (Charlie) Rose Kelman is an educator and researcher specialising in child and adolescent mental health, with a particular focus on neurodevelopmental disorders. Currently undertaking her PhD at the University of Exeter, she is part of the Children and Young People's Mental Health (ChYMe) research collaboration, within the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. Charlie is committed to understanding how neurodevelopmental traits, such as those related to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), manifest in educational environments and how these traits can be objectively measured. Her academic background spans health, education, and psychology, and she has extensive experience in both research and teaching. Alongside her research, Charlie plays an active role in the academic community through teaching, public engagement, and professional development, furthering the impact of her work both in academia and beyond.
