Graduate Research Assistant
Health and Community Sciences

I am a Graduate Research Assistant in Evidence Synthesis within the ISCA Evidence team at the University of Exeter Medical School. I am currently training as an Information Specialist as a part of the ISCA team.

I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016 before moving to Limpopo, South Africa for a role as a research assistant, where I collected behavioural data on a troop of wild chacma baboons. I then moved to the UK where I obtained an Msc in Primate Conservation and Research from Oxford-Brookes University in 2019. During this programme, I completed a research project on the effects of cognitive and sensory enrichment on captive chimpanzees.

From 2022 to August 2025 (when I accepted my current role with ISCA Evidence) I worked at Exeter Central Library where I worked on a variety of projects centered around combating misinformation and udnerstanding the emerging role of artificial intelligence in our lives.
