I am an early-career researcher in Health Economics in the Department of Health and Community Sciences at the University of Exeter. My reasearch focuses on the economic evaluation of healthcare interventions to inform healthcare policy. I work extensively with large, linked routinely collected healthcare data, including the National Joint registry, Hospital Episode Statistics, and Patient Reported Outcome Measures, to evaluate the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions. I also undertake economic evaluations alongside randomised control trials, contributing to study design, health economic analysis plans, and the development of resource use, cost, and health outcome data collection tools.
