About me:
I have been involved in postgraduate teaching and academic development for almost 20 years and am now a senior lecturer at the University of Exeter Medical School.
Throughout my career, I have worked with educators across a range of disciplines and specialties, and it is this that drives my interest in inter-professional learning – particularly through practices such as supervision, mentoring and coaching.
I am currently Co-Programme DIrector of the MSc Clinical Education, Module Lead for HPDM142 Principles of Supervision, Mentoring and Coaching and Academic Mentor on the Senior Leader (Healthcare) Apprenticeship programme.
I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).
