About me:
Ian joined the Health Services and Policy Research Group in October 2014, working on an NIHR funded programme of work developing and piloting methods for the routine use of Patient Recorded Outcome Measures (PROMs) in primary care for patients with multiple, long-term conditions (asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, heart failure, depression, osteoarthritis of the hip and/or knee). Prior to this he contributed to a number of other primary care focused NIHR research projects involving socially marginalised groups with complex physical and mental health needs.
Qualifications:
