I have been working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in PenCHORD (the Peninsula Collaboration for Health Operational Research and Data Science) since October 2022. 📊

I am currently working on ⭐ STARS: Sharing Tools and Artefacts for Reproducible Simulations. ⭐ You can find out more about this project on the STARS website. 

I have previously worked on:

• 🧒🏽 Kailo - a research project focused on preventing poor adolescent mental health through targeting the social determinants of health. As part of Kailo, I was working on the pilot of a local adaptation of the #BeeWell survey in North Devon and Torridge.
• 🧠 SAMueL (Stroke Audit Machine Learning) - project using simulation and machine learning to identify key levers for maximising the disability benefit of intravenous thrombolysis in acute stroke pathways.
• 🏥 IPACS (Improving Patient flow between Acute, Community and Social Care).
