Research:
Modeling of neurodegenerative diseases, including motor neuron disease and frontotemporal dementia, by differentiating patient-derived iPSC (induced Pluripotent Stem Cells) into relevent neurons. Characterization of dysregulated pathways using phenotypic assays as well as genomics.
