About me:

I am a post-doctoral research associate working with Dr. Jessica Tyrrell since 2023. My research focuses primarily on investigating the relationship between Major Depressive Disorders (MDD) and type 2 diabetes using genetic and longitudinal data from large scale population biobanks like UK Biobank, All of Us and Clinical Research Practice Datalink (CPRD). I use a range of Mendelian Randomization and statistical genetics methods.
