About me:
I’m a bioinformatics researcher with a background in computer science. I earned my MSc from Tarbiat Modares University in Iran, where I found my passion for computational biology. In 2019, I completed my PhD in Bioinformatics at the Laboratory of Systems Biology and Bioinformatics, University of Tehran.
After my PhD, I spent a year as a lecturer and researcher at Amirkabir University of Technology and Sharif University. Seeking new opportunities, I then moved to the United Kingdom to join the Complex Disease Epigenetics Group at the University of Exeter. Currently, I'm a postdoctoral research fellow in this group within the Department of Clinical and Biological Sciences at the University of Exeter.
With my background in Biological Network Analysis and Omics Data Analysis, I have developed expertise in Graph Theory and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and their applications in Bioinformatics.
My unwavering passion for Bioinformatics, combined with my expertise, drives me to make significant strides in understanding and applying computational approaches to address key challenges in the life sciences.
