About me:
Jessica graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Biology in 2018. Her interest in the application of bioinformatic tools to address medical gaps and specifically around the health implications of the vaginal microbiome led her to an MSc in Bioinformatics at Queen Mary University of London, which she completed in 2021.
After graduation from her Masters, she joined the Complex Disease Epigenomics Group in Exeter as a Graduate Research Assistant. The main focus of her role is to develop a software to integrate ‘omics data, in order to better understand the role of epigenetic variants in heath and disease.
