Josephine Gondwe

Josephine Gondwe is a PhD student in Clinical and Biomedical Sciences, focused on improving diabetes diagnosis in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is a medical doctor with a master's degree in Global Health Science and Epidemiology from the University of Oxford. Josephine has developed both clinical and research skills through her distinct experiences — working as a doctor in a hospital and as a research assistant. Her research combines her clinical background with data analysis to address healthcare challenges, particularly in diagnosing and managing non-communicable diseases like diabetes in resource-limited settings.
