About me:

Erum graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering. Later, she pursued a PhD from the University of Central Lancashire in discovering antimicrobial peptides and their mechanism of action against pathogenic bacteria. Additionally, Erum also got another Master's degree in Biochemistry from Shah Abdul Latif University, Pakistan. 

 

Erum mainly teaches various subjects of Biomedical Sciences to BMBS and Graduate related programmes on microbiology, physiology, genetics, metabolism, carcinogenesis, biochemistry and cell and molecular biology, immunology, haematology, food and nutrition etc. She is developing and utilising a range of innovative teaching and learning approaches for students' engagemnt and interest.
