A GP by background, I was a GP partner for over 23 years, and an Ambulance Executive Medical Director for over 12 years, before my current portfolio career. As well as tutoring medical students (Professional Development), I still work clinically in Ambulance Control, appraise GPs, and mentor new GPs. My main interest is in doctor well-being / 'burn-out' prevention.
