Impact Partnership Development Officer - Healthcare and Biotechnology
Sarah joined the Innovation, Impact and Business team in April 2017 and is responsible for supporting a number of projects and partnerships throughout the Healthcare and Biotechnology theme.
Sarah became a Research Administrator as part of the ReGROUP study team in January 2016 as and was primarily responsible for delivering and setting up the administrative systems needed to support the project.
In 2010, Sarah joined PenCLAHRC as a Project Facilitator and subsequently, Research Manager, where she maintained operational oversight of a wide portfolio of health services research projects. Main responsibilities included advising on finance, internal governance, HR and University policies.
Previously, Sarah worked as an Associate Research Fellow and Research Administrator within the Medical School on the TREAD trial, designed to investigate whether physical activity could improve outcomes for people suffering from mild to moderate depression. Before joining the Medical School in 2007, Sarah worked across a number of EU-funded projects, overseeing website content management, day-to-day project management, administrative processes and contract preparation as required during the life span of the projects.
