Overview

Since January 2014 I have been managing PenARC's research information processes. I lead on tracking and collating a range of data regarding the ARC's projects and outputs, which supports our many reporting requirements. I recently managed our successful application for funding as an Applied Research Collaboration.

I am responsible for PenARC's various media and communications channels, both external and internal, including our website, social media and newsletter.

I joined PenCLAHRC in 2012 as a Special Projects Officer, to coordinate PenCLAHRC's bid for a second round of NIHR funding for 2014 - 2018. During this time I also supported PenCLAHRC's contribution to the bid for the South West Academic Health Science Network (SW AHSN).

Previously I have worked for the NIHR Evaluations, Trials and Studies Coordinating Centre (NETSCC) as a Senior Research Fellow in the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Programme, where I ran a quality assurance project to map and evaluate the HTA research commissioning process.

I have a PhD from the University of Southampton in Biological Anthropology, completed in 2009.
