HR Business Partner
Having begun a career in Occupational Health (specialising in manufacturing and logistics) I became interested in the positive impact HR professionals can have in the workplace. In 2010 I made a career move to Human Resources and enjoyed a number of roles in Acute and Community NHS organisation before joining the University of Exeter in 2014.
As a HR Business Partner I am eager to support the Medical School to achieve its ambitions by providing strategic workforce advice and delivering the University’s HR Strategy – Attract, Perform and Retain.
