I have been involved in postgraduate teaching and academic development since 2006 and am now a senior lecturer at the University of Exeter Medical School. Throughout my career, I have worked with educators across a range of disciplines and specialties, and it is this that drives my interest in inter-professional learning – particularly through practices such as supervision, mentoring and coaching.
The majority of my time is devoted to academic mentoring on the Senior Leaders (Healthcare) Degree Apprenticeship programme; however, I am also Module Lead for the Principles of Supervision, Mentoring and Coaching, and support other Clinical Education modules as a facilitator and assessor.
