Overview

Becky worked for over 10 years as part of University of Exeter’s Event Exeter team organising events and conferences on campus with internal and external clients.  In 2016 Becky decided on a change of career path and joined the IBD Pharmacogenetics Research Office providing administrative support on the PANTS and PRED4 studies.  Following this introduction to working as part of research team, Becky then transferred to the NIHR Exeter Clinical Research Facility (CRF) in June 2017 where she is now based and has worked on a variety of different studies since joining the CRF. Becky currently work’s on the EXE-T1D and MUGGLE studies as administration support for these studies.

Becky also co-ordinates the annual Monogenic Diabetes Training Course hosted by Prof Andrew Hattersley and Prof Maggie Sheppard which attracts delegates from all over the world.
